We also collect standard website analytics data (page views, referral sources, browser type) through Cloudflare, which does not identify you personally.

We will never share your case information with the law firm you are pursuing or any party adverse to your interests.

Documents you upload are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which uses AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to your documents is restricted to personnel directly working on your case.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for the duration of your engagement with us plus two years, after which we securely delete it. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at intake@legalfeerecovery.com. Certain records may be retained longer if required by applicable law.
